Rayna M. Harris is a post-doctoral researcher at The University of California, Davis. Dr. Harris is researching the neuromolecular mechanisms that regulate parental care behaviors in female and male rock doves. She is a volunteer instructor trainer, lesson developer, and Spanish translator for The Carpentries, a non-profit community-driven organization focused on teaching coding and data science skills.
