Rayna M. Harris is a post-doctoral researcher at The University of California, Davis. supervised by Dr. Harris works to improve community engagement within scientific collaborations while researching neuromolecular mechanisms that regulate parental care behaviors in female and male rock doves. She is a volunteer instructor trainer, lesson developer, and Spanish translator for The Carpentries, a non-profit community-driven organization focused on teaching coding and data science skills.
